All rates are per person and day,
for stays of at least 3 days in double room occupied by 2 persons
and include breakfast buffet.

The tourist tax amounting to € 3,10 per person (over 14) per day is payable upon departure in addition to the prices above.
10% surcharge for stays of less than 3 days.
For single occupancy of double rooms: surcharge by arrangement.
Children who are sharing their parents’ room, get the following discounts:
0-3 years 20,00 €
4-9 years -70 %
10-14 years -50 %
15-18 years -40%
Additional person over 18: -20%
You are welcome to take your dog by request to the comfort rooms on the ground floor as well as the tower apartment. A supplemental charge of € 19,00 per day without food will be charged. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
On the day of your arrival your room is available from 3 p.m.
We do not accept bookings without written confirmation.
Payments:
We accept payments with private cards (VISA, Master Card and Euro Card) are welcome.
For payments by cash we grant a discount of 2%.
We do not accept business / commercial credit cards (e.g. airline rewards program, etc.).
Extra services:
Sauna infrared cabin: 22,00 € for 2 persons
In case of early departure we invoice the total amount.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival are free of charge.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days before your arrival, we invoice the total amount of your stay. For this reason we suggest subscribing a trip cancellation insurance here online or through your insurance company:
Cancellation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.
