Booking conditions ans important information
The chalets rates are per day for 2 persons for a stay of minimum 1 week.
Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Rates DO NOT include the final cleaning.
The Tourist Tax amounting to € 3,10 per person (over 14) per day is payable upon departure in addition to the prices above.
Furnishing may vary from what reported.
Rates for each extra person in the apartment per day
- children up to 3 years 20,00 €
- children 4 – 9 years 21,00 €
- children 10 – 14 years 23,00 €
- teenager 15 – 18 years 29,00 €
- adults 36,00 €
Dogs € 19,00 per day without food.
On the day of your arrival your apartment is available from 4 p.m.
On the day of departure the apartment has to be left within 10 a.m.
We do not accept bookings without written confirmation.
Payments:
We accept payments with private cards (VISA, Master Card and Euro Card) are welcome.
For payments by cash we grant a discount of 2%.
We do not accept business / commercial credit cards (e.g. airline rewards program, etc.).
Extra services:
Sauna infrared cabin: 22,00 € for 2 persons.
It is possible to have breakfast in the main building (extra charge)
- Adults: 25,00 € per person and day
- Children under 12 years: 17,00 € per person and day
- Children under 6 years: 13,00 € per person and day

In case of early departure we invoice the total amount.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival are free of charge.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days before your arrival, we invoice the total amount of your stay. For this reason we suggest subscribing a trip cancellation insurance here online or through your insurance company:
